Effective from 1st Dec 2018, our management has decided to implement the following sales policies for all our customers.
(1) Ordering procedure
All registered customers are requested to send their orders through official Purchase Orders.All registered customers are requested to provide one week as delivery time for regular orders.
Urgent orders can be arranged only on special cases.
(2) Minimum order value
The minimum order value for free deliveries will be as follows.
Within Dubai - Aed 150.00
Within Abu Dhabi City - Aed 250.00
Within Emirates - Aed 1,000.00
A delivery fee of Aed. 20.00 will be levied for all orders below the minimum order value.
Registered customers with a minimum monthly purchase of Aed. 2.500.00 are exempted from delivery charges.
(3) Payment terms
The payment terms for all our customers will be 10 days end of month.
It means all invoices in a month should be paid by 10th of the following month.
(4) Return policy
Should you wish to return or exchange the items purchased from us, we can accept it on the condition that the box is unopened and the item is returned within 7 days of the purchase.
Please note that return is not applicable for IT supplies like toners etc.If the product supplied is defective,it will be fixed or replaced.The return amount will be credited to your account.
